The staff here are so good. They are always so polite and friendly. Most of them know where everything is in the store too. If they don't, they always ask. The Murrieta store used to be so busy that they couldn't keep everything in stock. Now that Temecula is open, they seem to never run out of items.

I’ve been using the Franklin Dolly Cart from Harbor Freight regularly, and when mine got damaged, they exchanged it hassle-free thanks to the warranty. Their customer service was excellent! I even bought another warranty on the replacement for peace of mind—if anything happens, I just bring it back. No troubleshooting, no stress. Highly recommend both the DALL·E and their warranty program!

Harbor freight has almost every tool you need for DIY projects. I usually go for automotive tools and detailing products and couldn’t be happier. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Their prices almost always beat other stores, especially on their house brands. Their return and exchange policy also beats most other big box stores.

My boyfriend loves this store for the tools and I love this store for Jody, every time we come in she seems to be working — she’s such a ray of sunshine! 🌞

Easiest transaction from start to finish. Store is clean and well kept, and extremely organized. I need batteries for my Halloween decor and there was an entire end cap fully stocked! Spent $16 and got 48 batteries of various sizes. 10/10 recommend for quick stops

One of my favorite harbor freight to go to. Most of their stuff is unlocked so you can make it a quick trip. Employees are very helpful. If you're debating on getting the yearly membership. I recommend getting it a year and then stocking up on the essentials. The early access to the parking lot sales are clutch, and the itc member sales are also nice.

Over the years, Harbor Freight has really stepped up their game in terms of quality and affordability. Their tools now last much longer than they used to, making them a great value for the price. I recently visited a particular location, and I was impressed by how large the store was compared to others. They had a wide variety of tools and equipment, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. If you're looking for quality tools at a reasonable price, this is definitely a great place to check out!

Conveniently located off the 215 FWY (where the 15/215 split in Murrieta), off Murrieta Hot Springs Rd. in the Sam's Club shopping center with plenty of parking.
